Terms of Service

Welcome to the JWI Mobile App (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use our Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
